Terms of Use (EULA)

These terms govern your use of Degradeo: Life & Wear Tracker ("Degradeo"), published by ProActa High Performance Management Limited ("ProActa"). By downloading or using Degradeo you agree to them.
Licence
If you obtained Degradeo from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, together with these terms. If you obtained it from Google Play, ProActa grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Degradeo on devices you own or control, subject to Google Play's terms.
Free plan and Degradeo Pro
- The free plan tracks up to 3 active items.
- Degradeo Pro removes the limit. It is offered as an auto-renewing subscription: Monthly (US$1.49 per month) or Annual (US$14.99 per year). Prices in other countries are shown in the store before you buy and may include local taxes.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Use "Restore Purchases" in the app to re-activate Pro on a new device with the same store account.
Replacement guidance
Lifespans and reminders in Degradeo are general guidance and estimates you can change. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions, especially for health, safety and filtration products. ProActa is not liable for loss or damage caused by relying on a reminder.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, or use it in breach of any law.
Disclaimer and liability
Degradeo is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, ProActa excludes implied warranties and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Degradeo Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept them.
