Degradeo: Life & Wear Tracker ("Degradeo") is published by ProActa High Performance Management Limited ("ProActa", "we"). This policy explains what the Degradeo mobile app does with information about you.
The short version
Your tracked items stay on your device. Degradeo has no user accounts, no advertising and no third-party analytics. We do not sell or share personal data.
Information stored on your device
- The items you track: names, categories, lifespans, usage you log and replacement dates.
- Barcodes you scan, so the app can recognise the same product next time.
- Whether you have an active Degradeo Pro subscription, so the app works offline.
This information never leaves your device and is not sent to ProActa.
Camera
The camera is used only while the scanner is open, to read a product barcode. No photos or video are recorded or stored.
Notifications
Wear reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No push server is involved.
Subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own privacy policies. We use RevenueCat, Inc. to verify subscription status. RevenueCat receives a random app user identifier, your purchase receipts and basic device information (such as platform and app version). It does not receive your tracked items. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Deleting your data
Use Settings → Delete all data in the app, or uninstall the app, to remove everything stored on your device. To cancel a subscription, use your App Store or Google Play account settings. To ask RevenueCat-held purchase records to be deleted, contact us at the address below.
Children
Degradeo is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date above.
